Edgar Cosoreanu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 9thth minute tested the skills of Cícero Palmeira when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Cícero Palmeira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daddy Ares, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Pavel Stănoiu managed to get in a good position for a shot. -BZF- Valea Buzăului's supporters rose to their feet, but Pavel Stănoiu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cícero Palmeira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Emeryt Sosnowiec getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Victor Lee hit a great ball. With his leg Cícero Palmeira managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when -BZF- Valea Buzăului's Edgar Cosoreanu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 27th minute, Ioan Teişanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Emeryt Sosnowiec's Cícero Palmeira got control of the ball when Daddy Ares tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 32nd minute -BZF- Valea Buzăului were awarded a corner. Ioan Tudora went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on -BZF- Valea Buzăului's corner Ioan Tudora fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Cícero Palmeira quite easily take care of the ball. Emeryt Sosnowiec's Cícero Palmeira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Emeryt Sosnowiec from getting a goal against them. Emeryt Sosnowiec's Cícero Palmeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daddy Ares in the 39th minute of play. With his leg Cícero Palmeira managed to avoid a goal in the 40thth minute, when -BZF- Valea Buzăului's Edgar Cosoreanu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zdzislaw Kręcina to make the kick off. Cícero Palmeira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pavel Stănoiu went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Cícero Palmeira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edgar Cosoreanu went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Ioan Teişanu kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Remus Postelnicescu made in the 76th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Iustin Andrieșanu immediately put the ball in play. Emeryt Sosnowiec's Cícero Palmeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Cosoreanu in the 77th minute of play. The supporters of -BZF- Valea Buzăului booed when Emeryt Sosnowiec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgar Cosoreanu in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cícero Palmeira saved Emeryt Sosnowiec from getting behind. Iustin Andrieșanu hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. -BZF- Valea Buzăului's Cătălin Gârniceanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zdzislaw Kręcina in the 96th minute of play. Cătălin Gârniceanu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olaf Glozor in the 97th minute. -BZF- Valea Buzăului were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Emeryt Sosnowiec for a fine match.
