Spectators: 7518 (Terracing: 5639, Seating: 1729, VIP seats: 150) Facopo FBPA's Cheng Ling Yang started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Oscar Godoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Virgilio Manriquez was out of position in the 13 minute of play, and Duda Cordeiro capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Duda Cordeiro really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Samuel Bastos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Virgilio Manriquez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Facabora's Virgilio Manriquez got control of the ball when Cristóvão Mattos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Osvaldinho Moreno came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Facabora's Jerome Bollaert. But to his dismay, Jerome Bollaert quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Facabora's Virgilio Manriquez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuel Bastos in the 24th minute of play. In the 29th minute Samuel Bastos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virgilio Manriquez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Geert Wijgaert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Facabora's defense didn't have a chance, in the 35th minute, when Cristóvão Mattos scored to the left of an out of position Virgilio Manriquez, making the score, 2-1. Facabora's Virgilio Manriquez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Facabora from getting a goal against them. Hendrik-Jan De Muysere kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Samuel Bastos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Virgilio Manriquez having to make a save. In the 42nd minute Samuel Bastos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virgilio Manriquez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th match minute, Facabora was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giovanny Panhuijsen to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th match minute, Facabora was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jannes Bossuyt to maneuver through the defense. Facopo FBPA's Filip Slipetskyi was substituted for Samuel Bastos. Jannes Bossuyt kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jerome Bollaert made a kick off. After 60 minutes of play, Facopo FBPA's Filip Slipetskyi made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Virgilio Manriquez was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Facabora's Geert Wijgaert got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd minute Filip Slipetskyi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Virgilio Manriquez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Osvaldinho Moreno stood somewhat misplaced when Jerome Bollaert came free in front of goal and shot 3-2 to the left of him in the 67 minute. Osvaldinho Moreno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geert Wijgaert in the 71st minute of play. 72 minutes had been played when some careless play by Facopo FBPA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Geert Wijgaert was slow to take the kick. During this time Facabora's players had a chance to rest. In the 76th minute of the match Facabora got a corner. Facopo FBPA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Geert Wijgaert ran over to the corner to take the kick. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Filip Slipetskyi put it in 4-2 from a short distance just to the right of Virgilio Manriquez. Virgilio Manriquez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Requena in the 81st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Facabora's Jannes Bossuyt got a free kick in the 83rd minute. In the 84th minute, Filip Slipetskyi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Virgilio Manriquez was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. Virgilio Manriquez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hori Galli in the 87th minute of the match. Virgilio Manriquez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristóvão Mattos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filip Slipetskyi in the 97th minute of play forced Facabora's goalkeeper Virgilio Manriquez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Facopo FBPA's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
