Kartal Namal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 36 minutes into the match, Atlético San Alejandro's goal looked a bit too open when Zahran Rumba came free, but Kartal Namal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind 1873 Alaçatı Gençlik Spor's goalkeeper Claudio Michelini, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kartal Namal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zahran Rumba, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. When Aktuğ Yeltekin fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 1873 Alaçatı Gençlik Spor's protests and gave Aktuğ Yeltekin a yellow card for diving instead.
