With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amílton Alcântara in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Markus Albäck saved Nye from getting behind. Eärendil Ubago kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Markus Albäck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amílton Alcântara, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 21st minute, Amílton Alcântara left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Master-DF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eärendil Ubago to make the kick off. Master-DF's Dário Tepedino got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 54 minutes into the game, Eärendil Ubago recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Markus Albäck. In the 57th minute, José Carlos Rocha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nye's Markus Albäck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eärendil Ubago in the 75th minute of play. In the 81st minute, Eärendil Ubago reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Markus Albäck. The goal made the score 0-12. Pedro Luís das Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Markus Albäck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Markus Albäck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Luís das Neves in the 86th minute of play. Markus Albäck made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Amílton Alcântara sent off a good shot on target. In the 92nd match minute, Nye was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sivert Josefsson to maneuver through the defense. Eärendil Ubago took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Markus Albäck.
