Dimitris Rodanakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivo Figueiredo in the 5th minute of the match. 6 minutes into the match, MICE F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Dadá Moura came free, but Dimitris Rodanakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomé Mota made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giovanni Parisis in the 8th minute of play. Sidney da Mata kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Iraklis Mortensøn got in the 15th minute a good position and tried a long shot which to a great surprise passed a very astonished Tomé Mota. This was a shot which ended in a score of 1-0. In the 18th minute, MICE F.C.'s Fotis Patinios dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Tomé Mota made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giovanni Parisis in the 24th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as MICE F.C.'s Nikitas Staboulidis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tomé Mota. That made the score 3-0 after 26 minutes of play. In the 32nd minute, Agua Santa's Jânio Arantes seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jânio Arantes the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Agua Santa protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jânio Arantes had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 31st minute of the game. One of Agua Santa:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of MICE F.C.:s goal. Tomé Mota showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zinédine Papoutsiadis, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Tomé Mota made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zinédine Papoutsiadis in the 39th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Nikitas Staboulidis could shoot a difficult shot in the 40th minute, which Tomé Mota however easily saved by the left post. Tomé Mota showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nikitas Staboulidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dadá Moura in the 47th minute of play forced MICE F.C.'s goalkeeper Dimitris Rodanakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Agua Santa made a substitution. Cipriano Pinho replaced Nico Quintal. Dimitris Rodanakis stood somewhat misplaced when Dadá Moura came free in front of goal and shot 4-1 to the left of him in the 53 minute. After some careless play in the Agua Santa defense, Fotis Patinios kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tomé Mota. The Agua Santa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tomé Mota should have stopped the shot. In the 59th minute Zinédine Papoutsiadis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomé Mota saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nikitas Staboulidis in the 61st minute of play forced Agua Santa's goalkeeper Tomé Mota to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomé Mota came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by MICE F.C.'s Zinédine Papoutsiadis. But to his dismay, Zinédine Papoutsiadis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. Tomé Mota didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fotis Patinios went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, MICE F.C.'s Jorden De Brouwer got a free kick in the 79th minute. Tomé Mota took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nikitas Staboulidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The attack was good, but when Nikitas Staboulidis in the 86th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Zinédine Papoutsiadis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sidney da Mata hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute, Nikitas Staboulidis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tomé Mota was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-1. There was no doubt that MICE F.C. were the better team. MICE F.C.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
