The supporters of El Retorno de Palermo booed when Ekzema F.V. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Miranda didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benicio Osasun in the 11th minute of play forced Ekzema F.V.'s goalkeeper Ximenez Cayuso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute of the match Ekzema F.V. got a corner. El Retorno de Palermo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Paul Birkendahl ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ekzema F.V.'s Paul Birkendahl was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Zygmunt Malik in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Belaid Ziani scored 1-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ximenez Cayuso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Timoteo Estevez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zygmunt Malik read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Timoteo Estevez scored 2-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zygmunt Malik, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 24 minutes into the game, Ekzema F.V.'s Timoteo Estevez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zygmunt Malik made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Zygmunt Malik made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Timoteo Estevez sent off a good shot on target. In the 33rd minute Aldo Fernanco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ximenez Cayuso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ekzema F.V.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mikus Linkūns was slow to take the kick. During this time El Retorno de Palermo's players had a chance to rest. Mikus Linkūns made a great header on El Retorno de Palermo's corner, it was just that Ekzema F.V.'s Ximenez Cayuso managed to reach the ball for a save. 37 minutes into the match, Ekzema F.V.'s goal looked a bit too open when Benicio Osasun came free, but Ximenez Cayuso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. El Retorno de Palermo's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Timoteo Estevez 38 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 4-1. El Retorno de Palermo's Zygmunt Malik proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save El Retorno de Palermo from getting a goal against them.

Ekzema F.V. made a substitution. Lisandro Piearres replaced Timoteo Estevez. Zygmunt Malik came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Ekzema F.V.'s Lisandro Piearres. But to his dismay, Lisandro Piearres quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Ximenez Cayuso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benicio Osasun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the El Retorno de Palermo defense, Lisandro Piearres kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zygmunt Malik. The El Retorno de Palermo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zygmunt Malik should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aldo Fernanco got free with Ximenez Cayuso in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Paul Birkendahl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Zygmunt Malik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zygmunt Malik came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Ekzema F.V.'s Lisandro Piearres. But to his dismay, Lisandro Piearres quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. After 74 minutes of play, Ekzema F.V.'s Lisandro Piearres made it 8-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zygmunt Malik was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rafa Mangueira hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Lisandro Piearres's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zygmunt Malik read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. 80 minutes had been played when some careless play by El Retorno de Palermo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Paul Birkendahl was slow to take the kick. During this time Ekzema F.V.'s players had a chance to rest. The corner led Ekzema F.V.'s Paul Birkendahl to fire away a dangerous shot which Zygmunt Malik despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Zygmunt Malik didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Ekzema F.V.'s Lisandro Piearres shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 9-1 in the ordered_time% minute. The audience was convinced that Lisandro Piearres's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zygmunt Malik was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. In the 88th minute, Belaid Ziani fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ximenez Cayuso, passed just outside the right post. Belaid Ziani hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind El Retorno de Palermo's goalkeeper Zygmunt Malik, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 94th minute, Lisandro Piearres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. El Retorno de Palermo's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
