Jonas Paublo kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the game, Jacek Walczak cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Robin Skålberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Robin Skålberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Songurhan Mete in the 15th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gianluca Toranzo got free with Liu Yong Yong in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Jacek Walczak managed to get in a good position for a shot. OROTINENSE's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacek Walczak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robin Skålberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. OROTINENSE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Songurhan Mete was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 46th minute David Talamanca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robin Skålberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jacek Walczak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robin Skålberg having to interfere.

After having played for 55 minutes, Gianluca Toranzo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sportivo Desamparados's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gianluca Toranzo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Iordache Opincaru could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Robin Skålberg made a huge save. The OROTINENSE players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
