Bartolo Salvator took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tage Danielsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 5 minutes into the game, Saint Glenn Gothenburg's Tage Danielsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bartolo Salvator made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Ludwig Hägg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bartolo Salvator having to interfere. San Fernando Eagles's Bartolo Salvator played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludwig Hägg in the 11th minute of play. Bartolo Salvator took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ludwig Hägg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ludwig Hägg in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bartolo Salvator saved San Fernando Eagles from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as San Fernando Eagles's Polo Quinteros slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lennart Juhlin. That made the score 1-1 after 15 minutes of play. The supporters of Saint Glenn Gothenburg booed when San Fernando Eagles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artemio Gerazan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bartolo Salvator took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ludwig Hägg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ludwig Hägg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bartolo Salvator read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Ludwig Hägg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bartolo Salvator having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Ludwig Hägg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bartolo Salvator was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Ludwig Hägg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bartolo Salvator having to interfere. Bartolo Salvator showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ludwig Hägg in the 37th minute of the match. After 40 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for San Fernando Eagles! The supporters of San Fernando Eagles booed when Saint Glenn Gothenburg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edward Erserman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Polo Quinteros could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Lennart Juhlin made a huge save.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vlad Enceanu made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Saint Glenn Gothenburg's Ludwig Hägg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bartolo Salvator narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in San Fernando Eagles's zone, Ludwig Hägg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bartolo Salvator came out of the goal and Ludwig Hägg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Artemio Gerazan's late challenge caught a Saint Glenn Gothenburg's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Artemio Gerazan helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Saint Glenn Gothenburg booed when San Fernando Eagles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artemio Gerazan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, San Fernando Eagles's Daniel Abeitia got a free kick in the 55th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Mahoma Lopez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saint Glenn Gothenburg's supporters rose to their feet, but Mahoma Lopez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bartolo Salvator breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Ludwig Hägg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mahoma Lopez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 74 minutes into the match, San Fernando Eagles's goalkeeper Bartolo Salvator had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ludwig Hägg. Ludwig Hägg scored 2-7 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bartolo Salvator, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Artemio Gerazan kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Ludwig Hägg made a precise shot to the right of Bartolo Salvator. San Fernando Eagles's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-8. Ludwig Hägg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bartolo Salvator didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ludwig Hägg went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-9 was the resulting score. 92 minutes into the match, Saint Glenn Gothenburg's Ludwig Hägg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bartolo Salvator narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ludwig Hägg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bartolo Salvator read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. The San Fernando Eagles fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Saint Glenn Gothenburg were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
