But to his dismay, Mark Chian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After having played for 9 minutes, Ang Chew managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. NFH Family United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ang Chew was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aaron Peck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mark Chian, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Jithu Rajah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Aaron Peck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18th minute, Hershel Guertin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jithu Rajah struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Aaron Peck didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NFH Family United. FC CZARNUCHY's Aaron Peck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mark Chian in the 23rd minute of play. Aaron Peck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ang Chew in the 27th minute of the match. Aaron Peck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jithu Rajah, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. The supporters of NFH Family United booed when FC CZARNUCHY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ong Mathews didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half NFH Family United were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mark Chian was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Jithu Rajah had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aaron Peck. FC CZARNUCHY's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jithu Rajah was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Aaron Peck made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ang Chew in the 57th minute. In the 57th minute, Kent Godin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 61st match minute, FC CZARNUCHY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ong Mathews to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, FC CZARNUCHY's Dráusio Matos got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 66th match minute, FC CZARNUCHY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hershel Guertin to maneuver through the defense. FC CZARNUCHY made a substitution. With a little luck, FC CZARNUCHY's Aaron Peck got control of the ball when Ang Chew tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 83 played minutes FC CZARNUCHY got a freekick which was hit by Alex Isak. After some careless play in the FC CZARNUCHY defense, Mark Chian kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aaron Peck. The FC CZARNUCHY fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aaron Peck should have stopped the shot. If Mark Chian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 95 minutes into the match, FC CZARNUCHY's goalkeeper Aaron Peck had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ang Chew. NFH Family United's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
