The Hønning fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Dirch Glerum showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Migúel Herrera in the 6th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers John-Arne Riise in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Orestis Karnezis saved HISPANO FC from getting behind. In the 16th minute Carlos Eduardo Varela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orestis Karnezis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 18 minutes HISPANO FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Laurids Hvenekilde who took care of the corner kick. Hønning's Dirch Glerum played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pastor Cambranes in the 19th minute of play. 20 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hønning's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jonas Granström was slow to take the kick. During this time HISPANO FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Jefferson Otero almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Hønning's Dirch Glerum did a great save. In the 24th match minute, Hønning was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fillip Knutstad to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute Carlos Eduardo Varela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orestis Karnezis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Orestis Karnezis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of John-Arne Riise's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. 31 minutes into the game, HISPANO FC's 俞亮岩 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dirch Glerum made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Dirch Glerum took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Migúel Herrera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Hønning defense, Migúel Herrera kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dirch Glerum. The Hønning fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dirch Glerum should have stopped the shot. Wilmer Davison struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Dirch Glerum didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HISPANO FC. After 43 played minutes Hønning got a freekick which was hit by Ilie Zbârnea. Dirch Glerum showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilmer Davison, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. In the 46th minute, Fillip Knutstad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Hønning's Olav Blommegaard got a free kick in the 47th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. John-Arne Riise was the one to do the kick off. Hønning's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Jefferson Otero 52 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-4. 俞亮岩 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Wilmer Davison could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Dirch Glerum made a huge save. Orestis Karnezis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John-Arne Riise in the 62nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 俞亮岩 during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 俞亮岩 hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Orestis Karnezis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from John-Arne Riise in the 64th minute of the match. Dirch Glerum made an important save on a dangerous shot by Migúel Herrera in the 66th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wilmer Davison got free with Dirch Glerum in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Hønning's John-Arne Riise in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Dirch Glerum was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jefferson Otero showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-5 in the 75 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Migúel Herrera got free with Dirch Glerum in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. John-Arne Riise fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orestis Karnezis having to interfere. In the 87th match minute, Hønning was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Eduardo Varela to maneuver through the defense. The Hønning supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching HISPANO FC's performance. The match ended with a win for HISPANO FC.
