Roberto Simões took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Magne Giliusson. Magne Giliusson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Qu Feng Bin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albert Fabry in the 9th minute of play. With his leg Qu Feng Bin managed to avoid a goal in the 11thth minute, when Westkust's Valentin Mikaelsson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 12th minute, one of Atlético São Sebastião:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Atlético São Sebastião. Atlético São Sebastião:s Qu Feng Bin showed great skill when he stopped Valentin Mikaelsson:s penalty. After some careless play in the Atlético São Sebastião defense, Valentin Mikaelsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Qu Feng Bin. The Atlético São Sebastião fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Qu Feng Bin should have stopped the shot. Magne Giliusson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from William Santana in the 16th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, Westkust's goal looked a bit too open when William Santana came free, but Magne Giliusson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 21 minutes into the game, when Fabian Eftimescu put in a rough tackle. Qu Feng Bin was a little too slow when Gonzalo Jenaro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 2-3. Magne Giliusson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from William Santana in the 38th minute of the match. Magne Giliusson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Falcão Zonta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Falcão Zonta scored 2-4 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Magne Giliusson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Magne Giliusson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godofredo Cebo in the 46th minute of play. If Carel Rokeloos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Albert Fabry was the one to do the kick off. William Santana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Magne Giliusson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Magne Giliusson made an important save on a dangerous shot by William Santana in the 53rd minute. Westkust's defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when William Santana scored to the left of an out of position Magne Giliusson, making the score, 2-5. Roberto Simões blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Magne Giliusson having to make a save. After having played for 58 minutes, Sérgio Goiano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atlético São Sebastião's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sérgio Goiano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Atlético São Sebastião's Cao Yuan Peng got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Westkust's Magne Giliusson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by William Santana in the 69th minute of play. If Carel Rokeloos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Magne Giliusson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Falcão Zonta in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Carel Rokeloos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Westkust fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-5. A collision led to Westkust getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Carel Rokeloos hit a great ball. Carel Rokeloos struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Qu Feng Bin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Westkust. After a rather tough play, Westkust's Mats Vanooteghem got a free kick in the 96th minute.
