Jorge Nahia started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Nahia in the 4th minute of play forced Malvinas Argentinas's goalkeeper Ermegildo Baristo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 10 played minutes Malvinas Argentinas got a freekick which was hit by Silvio Baleren. Inocencio Sarracino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Ciceron, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Ubaldo Guifre hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Comunicaciones's Ubaldo Guifre quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Silvio Baleren, made in the 24th minute of the game. Comunicaciones's Inocencio Sarracino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Ciceron in the 29th minute of play. Comunicaciones's Inocencio Sarracino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Comunicaciones from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ivan Toney in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Inocencio Sarracino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 34th minute Jorge Nahia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermegildo Baristo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cecilio Richie struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Inocencio Sarracino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Malvinas Argentinas. 43 minutes into the match, Comunicaciones's goalkeeper Inocencio Sarracino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cecilio Richie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Ciceron in the 44th minute of play forced Comunicaciones's goalkeeper Inocencio Sarracino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cecilio Richie got free with Inocencio Sarracino in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 48th minute, Miguel Godoy ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Inocencio Sarracino was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After a rather tough play, Malvinas Argentinas's Silvio Baleren got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 67th minute, Jorge Nahia reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ermegildo Baristo. The goal made the score 1-1. Malvinas Argentinas made a substitution. Serafin Quentin replaced Cecilio Richie. Inocencio Sarracino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafin Quentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jorge Nahia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jorge Nahia got free with Ermegildo Baristo in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ermegildo Baristo made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Jorge Nahia sent off a good shot on target. In the 90th minute, Alonzo Sadurni got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 93rd match minute, Malvinas Argentinas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Magnus Mikaelsson to maneuver through the defense. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
