Rosendo Eufrasio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kärim Benzine, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Epifanio Beremundo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amancio Videl read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. In the 38thth minute of the game Epifanio Beremundo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Berni y Benja FC's Amancio Videl was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alvoha FC were awarded a corner in the 40th minute after Berni y Benja FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ruperto Quin took the corner. If Epifanio Beremundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Alvoha FC's Alonzo Lizar got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Kärim Benzine who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 44thth minute tested the skills of Rosendo Eufrasio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Epifanio Beremundo to make the kick off. With his leg Amancio Videl managed to avoid a goal in the 52ndth minute, when Alvoha FC's Epifanio Beremundo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 55th minute, Afonsinho Negri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kärim Benzine in the 85th minute of play forced Alvoha FC's goalkeeper Rosendo Eufrasio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th minute of the match Berni y Benja FC got a corner. Alvoha FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag.
