Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonathan da Cunha in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maksymilian Maziarz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 14th minute, Nando Pinho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jerônimo Maranhense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kuzey Kırgız in the 16th minute of play. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 24th minute, but Maksymilian Maziarz got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving FC Brzesko City hanging dry this time. Thanks to some nice moves Jonathan da Cunha could shoot a difficult shot in the 27th minute, which Maksymilian Maziarz however easily saved by the left post. In the 29th minute of the match Nitra FC got a corner. FC Brzesko City's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Oliver Veentjer ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Nitra FC's Oliver Veentjer to fire away a dangerous shot which Maksymilian Maziarz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Jonathan da Cunha sped through FC Brzesko City's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maksymilian Maziarz. Jerônimo Maranhense stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kuzey Kırgız's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 39th minute of the game. One of Nitra FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Brzesko City:s goal. Jerônimo Maranhense had in the 41stth minute some difficulties stopping Aureliusz Dziewulski's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Jerônimo Maranhense didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aureliusz Dziewulski went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Nando Pinho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Nitra FC's goalkeeper Jerônimo Maranhense, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to FC Brzesko City getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Jan Domaracki hit a great ball. In the 58thth minute of the game Kuzey Kırgız who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nitra FC's Jerônimo Maranhense was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Williams Ferrari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Maksymilian Maziarz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Jerônimo Maranhense managed to avoid a goal in the 63rdth minute, when FC Brzesko City's Kuzey Kırgız fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Kuzey Kırgız took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Jerônimo Maranhense to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arkadiusz Kajder in the 86th minute of play forced Nitra FC's goalkeeper Jerônimo Maranhense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
