Spectators: 7511 (Terracing: 5634, Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Astor Barbosa started the match with the kick off. After 5 played minutes Howling Dawn U18 got a freekick which was hit by Guaberto Gilesindo. Tanek Daszkowski scored 0-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Enzo Shantala, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 12th minute Tanek Daszkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enzo Shantala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute, Hernan Azibar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Howling Dawn U18's Enzo Shantala played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tanek Daszkowski in the 17th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tanek Daszkowski in the 19th minute of play forced Howling Dawn U18's goalkeeper Enzo Shantala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the game, NFC Eagles 22's Tanek Daszkowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Enzo Shantala made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Enzo Shantala took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tanek Daszkowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ciccio Tacconi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Astor Barbosa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 25 minute of play. After 29 played minutes Howling Dawn U18 got a freekick which was hit by Guaberto Gilesindo. Hernan Azibar hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tanek Daszkowski in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Enzo Shantala prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 37th minute NFC Eagles 22 were awarded a corner. Ted Jansen went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 41st minute Tanek Daszkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enzo Shantala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enzo Shantala made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joeri Donderwinkel in the 45th minute of play. After some careless play in the Howling Dawn U18 defense, Raymond Schouten kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Enzo Shantala. The Howling Dawn U18 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Enzo Shantala should have stopped the shot.

Lun Luna scored 2-5 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ciccio Tacconi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tanek Daszkowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Enzo Shantala made a huge save. Ted Jansen got a throw-in 62 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Raymond Schouten. Ciccio Tacconi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lun Luna, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Enzo Shantala showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tanek Daszkowski in the 72nd minute of the match. Enzo Shantala made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raymond Schouten in the 75th minute. Howling Dawn U18 made a substitution. Baldomiro Jerrald replaced Lun Luna. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Howling Dawn U18's goalie and right to Tanek Daszkowski. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Howling Dawn U18's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. NFC Eagles 22's Jeroen Heerckes was substituted for Emil Houwing. Howling Dawn U18 made a substitution. Mars Marte replaced Tobias Sol. NFC Eagles 22's Ciccio Tacconi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Astor Barbosa in the 82nd minute of play. With a little luck, Howling Dawn U18's Enzo Shantala got control of the ball when Tanek Daszkowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 95 played minutes Howling Dawn U18 got a freekick which was hit by Teofilo Oriol. With a little luck, Howling Dawn U18's Enzo Shantala got control of the ball when Raymond Schouten tried to sneak it across the goal line. The corner ended in Ted Jansen almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Howling Dawn U18's Enzo Shantala did a great save. NFC Eagles 22 played a much better game than Howling Dawn U18 and deserved their victory. The Howling Dawn U18 players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
