Through an outstanding action, after 6 minutes, Santo Casillas successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. islahiye spor's Santo Casillas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save islahiye spor from getting a goal against them. 10 minutes had been played when some careless play by islahiye spor's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bayezit Teoman was slow to take the kick. During this time KARŞIYAKA's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Emin Dilsuz heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Sahnoyan Şah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santo Casillas having to interfere. Santo Casillas made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Sahnoyan Şah sent off a good shot on target. The corner led KARŞIYAKA's Onur Övünç to fire away a dangerous shot which Santo Casillas despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. KARŞIYAKA's Onur Övünç was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 15th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 21st minute, 余义枫 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 24 minutes into the match, Bayezit Teoman dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Santo Casillas, 2-0. In the 27th minute, Bayezit Teoman fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Santo Casillas, passed just outside the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bayezit Teoman in the 34th minute of play forced islahiye spor's goalkeeper Santo Casillas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Murat Oncu was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Sahnoyan Şah made a precise shot to the right of Santo Casillas. islahiye spor's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in KARŞIYAKA's zone, Murat Oncu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Neco Arslanoğlu came out of the goal and Murat Oncu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sahnoyan Şah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Santo Casillas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Bayezit Teoman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Santo Casillas was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. Özer Uluerkan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 73rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Santo Casillas. islahiye spor's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 75 minutes into the match, islahiye spor's 余义枫 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Neco Arslanoğlu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Jonathan Unsworth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 89 minutes, Rickard Hammarström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KARŞIYAKA and the islahiye spor players grew even worse after the yellow card.
