New England Patriots's Gerrit Hardering played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Fodor in the 6th minute of play. Gerrit Hardering showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Fodor in the 10th minute of the match. Gerrit Hardering showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Max Darby, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 13th minute, Antal Fodor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gerrit Hardering showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Fodor in the 15th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, New England Patriots's Bill Carmichael threw himself towards the right post 16 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nelsinho Paulista, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 16th minute, Nelsinho Paulista ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bill Carmichael was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jano Maciel in the 18th minute of play forced New England Patriots's goalkeeper Gerrit Hardering to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrés D'Alessandro in the 21st minute of play forced Topsail's goalkeeper Bill Carmichael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bill Carmichael made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Andrés D'Alessandro sent off a good shot on target. 26 minutes into the match, New England Patriots's goal looked a bit too open when Jano Maciel came free, but Gerrit Hardering reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute, Mario Avramovski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 29th minute Antal Fodor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerrit Hardering saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Robertinho Teodorowski put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Bill Carmichael. 33 minutes into the match, New England Patriots's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Fodor came free, but Gerrit Hardering reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute New England Patriots were awarded a corner. Nelsinho Paulista went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Nelsinho Paulista got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bill Carmichael quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. João Augusto Coelho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Bill Carmichael made a huge save. 37 minutes into the match, New England Patriots's goal looked a bit too open when Jano Maciel came free, but Gerrit Hardering reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gerrit Hardering made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Max Darby in the 38th minute of play. In the 44th minute Jano Maciel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerrit Hardering saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
In the 52nd match minute, Topsail was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Calvin Diggs to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 54th minute of the game. One of Topsail:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of New England Patriots:s goal. 55 minutes into the game, Nelsinho Paulista cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Bill Carmichael was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Max Darby could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Gerrit Hardering made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robertinho Teodorowski in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bill Carmichael prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bill Carmichael showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robertinho Teodorowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. 64 minutes had been played when some careless play by Topsail's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nelsinho Paulista was slow to take the kick. During this time New England Patriots's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Robertinho Teodorowski almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Topsail's Bill Carmichael did a great save. In the 70th minute Antal Fodor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerrit Hardering saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gerrit Hardering showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Max Darby, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Gerrit Hardering made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jano Maciel in the 74th minute. New England Patriots's Gerrit Hardering proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save New England Patriots from getting a goal against them. Robertinho Teodorowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bill Carmichael having to interfere. Topsail made a substitution. Santos Griffin replaced Jano Maciel. In the 82nd minute, Santos Griffin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gerrit Hardering was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Amador Weather took a quick shot and it went in 3-2 without a chance for Gerrit Hardering to make any attempt to save it. With a little luck, New England Patriots's Gerrit Hardering got control of the ball when Santos Griffin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gerrit Hardering came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Topsail's Max Darby. But to his dismay, Max Darby quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. 97 minutes into the match, New England Patriots's goalkeeper Gerrit Hardering had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amador Weather. When the final whistle sounded Topsail left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than New England Patriots.
