Nonatos United's Paulo Laurentzi got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Flamengo FC's zone, Paulo Laurentzi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Faustão Romero came out of the goal and Paulo Laurentzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Paulo Laurentzi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Faustão Romero was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. After 18 played minutes Paulo Laurentzi rounded Flamengo FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. Faustão Romero was a little too slow when Paulo Laurentzi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 3-0. Nonatos United's Paulo Laurentzi was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 27th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 31 minutes into the game, Nonatos United's Paulo Laurentzi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Faustão Romero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. After 36 minutes, Paulo Laurentzi made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Flamengo FC's Faustão Romero tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Paulo Laurentzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Flamengo FC's Faustão Romero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Laurentzi in the 39th minute of play. In the 45th minute, Nonatos United's Paulo Laurentzi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Faustão Romero. Faustão Romero yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 7-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Paulino Sacristán to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Paulo Laurentzi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Paulo Laurentzi succeeded in the game's 56th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 9-0. Faustão Romero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paulo Laurentzi went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 10-0 was the resulting score. After 62 minutes of play, Nonatos United's Paulo Laurentzi made it 11-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Faustão Romero was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Nonatos United booed when Flamengo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alaaddin Heidemann didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Paulo Laurentzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 68th minute, Paulo Laurentzi made a precise shot to the right of Faustão Romero. Flamengo FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 12-0. Faustão Romero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paulo Laurentzi went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 13-0 was the resulting score. 75 minutes into the match, Paulo Laurentzi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Faustão Romero. Flamengo FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paulo Laurentzi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 14-0. Nonatos United made a substitution. Nonatos United's Joaquim de Barros was substituted for Paulo Laurentzi. 81 minutes into the game, Joaquim de Barros cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 15-0. Faustão Romero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 83 played minutes Flamengo FC got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Macedo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquim de Barros in the 84th minute of play forced Flamengo FC's goalkeeper Faustão Romero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 86 minutes into the game, Nonatos United's Salih Kılıçhan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Faustão Romero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 16-0. Francisco Macedo kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joaquim de Barros in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Faustão Romero saved Flamengo FC from getting behind. Faustão Romero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joaquim de Barros's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. Faustão Romero came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Nonatos United's Salih Kılıçhan. But to his dismay, Salih Kılıçhan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 18-0. Nonatos United walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
