One of Blåränderna:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Eternal FLame:s goal. Eternal FLame's Juan Maore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Pires in the 36th minute of play. In the last second Juan Maore throw himself and got hold of the ball when Robert Pires in the 36thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Alfred Tingelholm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nerth Gordon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eternal FLame's Juan Maore proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Eternal FLame from getting a goal against them. 46 minutes into the game, Blåränderna's Robert Pires nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
