Valdomiro de Godoi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 3rdth minute tested the skills of David Seaman when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 5 minutes into the game, Anders Lindsten threw the ball into play from the sideline. The throw-in from Börje Sjö in the 10th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Romando Futebol Clube's Lino Valle. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valdomiro de Godoi in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck David Seaman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 15thth minute of the game Valdomiro de Godoi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Linghed Angels FC's David Seaman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Valdomiro de Godoi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. David Seaman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 22 played minutes Linghed Angels FC got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Lund. 29 minutes into the match, Valdomiro de Godoi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of David Seaman, 1-0. After 34 played minutes Linghed Angels FC got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Lund. In the 37th minute, Valdomiro de Godoi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Romando Futebol Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Valdomiro de Godoi struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. David Seaman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Romando Futebol Clube. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Valdomiro de Godoi made a kick off. Gabriel Lund's late challenge caught a Romando Futebol Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gabriel Lund helped the player get up and apologised. After 51 played minutes Linghed Angels FC got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Lund. 56 minutes into the match, Romando Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Timmy Finsberg came free, but Zenon Cupial reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 58 minutes into the game, Romando Futebol Clube's Valdomiro de Godoi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. David Seaman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. After 61 minutes of play, Romando Futebol Clube's Valdomiro de Godoi made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. David Seaman was left in no man's land by his defense there! Valdomiro de Godoi took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised David Seaman. David Seaman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Valdomiro de Godoi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Romando Futebol Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Valdomiro de Godoi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. David Seaman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Romando Futebol Clube's Zenon Cupial proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Romando Futebol Clube from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Linghed Angels FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Börje Sjö hit a great ball. After 79 played minutes Linghed Angels FC got a freekick which was hit by Jörgen Tingberg. David Seaman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juninho Paulista, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 88th minute Valdomiro de Godoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Seaman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute of the match Romando Futebol Clube got a corner. Linghed Angels FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Juninho Paulista ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Romando Futebol Clube's Lino Valle getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 94th minute Valdomiro de Godoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Seaman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Romando Futebol Clube players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
