Joaquin Mitxel hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Felipe Ekaitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Isăilă in the 9th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Manuel Isăilă ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Felipe Ekaitz was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. With a little luck, Club Atlético Talleres's Felipe Ekaitz got control of the ball when Manuel Isăilă tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 26th minute Ninjas in Pyjamas were awarded a corner. Rareș Tatulici went to the cornerflag to take it. If Cristiano Hagi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 29 minutes in the game, Manuel Isăilă fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Felipe Ekaitz having to interfere. Felipe Ekaitz made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Manuel Isăilă sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Isăilă in the 37th minute of play forced Club Atlético Talleres's goalkeeper Felipe Ekaitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 38 minutes Club Atlético Talleres's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rareș Tatulici who took care of the corner kick. Rareș Tatulici made a great header on Ninjas in Pyjamas's corner, it was just that Club Atlético Talleres's Felipe Ekaitz managed to reach the ball for a save. Rareș Tatulici fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felipe Ekaitz having to interfere. The supporters of Ninjas in Pyjamas booed when Club Atlético Talleres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. In the 51st minute Manuel Isăilă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felipe Ekaitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Manuel Isăilă in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Felipe Ekaitz saved Club Atlético Talleres from getting behind. Manuel Isăilă took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Felipe Ekaitz. Felipe Ekaitz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Ninjas in Pyjamas's Ghitã Butuc was substituted for Pastor Ellow. Manuel Isăilă blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Felipe Ekaitz having to make a save. The audience was convinced that Manuel Isăilă's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Felipe Ekaitz was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Manuel Isăilă put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Felipe Ekaitz. After 71 minutes of play, Ninjas in Pyjamas's Manuel Isăilă made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. After having played for 78 minutes, Manuel Isăilă managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ninjas in Pyjamas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manuel Isăilă was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Manuel Isăilă's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Felipe Ekaitz was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Manuel Isăilă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Felipe Ekaitz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manuel Isăilă went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 10-0 was the resulting score. After 90 minutes of play, Ninjas in Pyjamas's Manuel Isăilă made it 11-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. For all the effort they put into the match, the Club Atlético Talleres players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense.
