Jospeh McNally showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Adolfo Trevisan in the 4th minute of the match. Brooklyn SC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jonas Cole in the 6th minute. Gerardo Beard was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 10th minute, Dorival de Queirós hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emeterio Sarro was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 17 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 16th minute of the game. One of BRASIL.Sp:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Brooklyn SC:s goal. Jonas Cole walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Hortêncio Berger was a little too slow when Gerardo Beard got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 19th minute. The score was now 1-0. Hortêncio Berger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerardo Beard, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Brooklyn SC's Trenton Long slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hortêncio Berger. That made the score 2-0 after 27 minutes of play. In the 30th minute Cido Cardozo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jospeh McNally saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hortêncio Berger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Cole, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cido Cardozo scored 2-1 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jospeh McNally, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 41st minute, Trenton Long hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice moves Trenton Long could shoot a difficult shot in the 44th minute, which Hortêncio Berger however easily saved by the left post.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cido Cardozo to make the kick off. 58 minutes into the match, Jonas Cole notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of BRASIL.Sp's Hortêncio Berger. Hortêncio Berger was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jospeh McNally made an important save on a dangerous shot by Renan Zanette in the 61st minute. Hortêncio Berger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Cole in the 62nd minute of play. 64 minutes into the game, João Adolfo Trevisan threw the ball into play from the sideline. Brooklyn SC's Sebastián Olivarez quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. BRASIL.Sp's Hortêncio Berger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Cole in the 68th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, BRASIL.Sp's goal looked a bit too open when Trenton Long came free, but Hortêncio Berger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Renan Zanette in the 72nd minute of play forced Brooklyn SC's goalkeeper Jospeh McNally to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute Trenton Long shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hortêncio Berger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brooklyn SC's Mano Loco was substituted for Gerardo Beard. Serginho Ramos hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Jospeh McNally showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renan Zanette, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Jonas Cole took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hortêncio Berger. Hortêncio Berger dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. BRASIL.Sp's Hortêncio Berger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Trenton Long in the 91st minute of play. Trenton Long scored 5-1 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hortêncio Berger, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Brooklyn SC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of BRASIL.Sp for a fine match.
