One of 10 000 DE VISITANTE:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Copérnico F.C.:s goal. In the 35th minute there was a penalty for Copérnico F.C.. Alberto Tello stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Romulo Florian. 1-1. 38 minutes into the match, Copérnico F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Bidun came free, but Amadeo Rainerio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Copérnico F.C.'s Alberto Tello got a free kick in the 40th minute. 41 minutes into the game, Søren Nezer recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Amadeo Rainerio. Søren Nezer showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. The supporters of Copérnico F.C. booed when 10 000 DE VISITANTE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pablo Erlantz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 10 000 DE VISITANTE's Romulo Florian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Jatsu in the 47th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

If Søren Nezer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Copérnico F.C.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
