Pär Are showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tevez in the 14th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Montechiarugolo AFC's goalkeeper Pär Are had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alberto Tevez. If Edin Cocalić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 33rdth minute of the game Anfilogino Preda who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Kadzidlowen's Emil Kiepski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Montechiarugolo AFC fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when Montechiarugolo AFC's Anfilogino Preda looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Tevez couldn't finish the play. In the 47th minute, Daniele Bevilacqua ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emil Kiepski was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2.

Emil Kiepski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniele Bevilacqua in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniele Bevilacqua in the 59th minute of play forced FC Kadzidlowen's goalkeeper Emil Kiepski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Alberto Tevez came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the FC Kadzidlowen fans jumped to their feet. Jacinto Maria recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FC Kadzidlowen's Wojciech Weyna was substituted for Ziemowit Puchlik. Montechiarugolo AFC made a substitution. Alfredo Quattrocchi replaced Emilio Macchia. FC Kadzidlowen's Charis Leontiou was substituted for Alberto Tevez. Alfredo Quattrocchi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Emil Kiepski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Charis Leontiou put it in 3-2 from a short distance just to the right of Pär Are. Montechiarugolo AFC's Pär Are played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernie Gauthier in the 82nd minute of play. Pär Are took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charis Leontiou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Charis Leontiou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alvise Manzi kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Montechiarugolo AFC defense, Charis Leontiou kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pär Are. The Montechiarugolo AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pär Are should have stopped the shot. When the referee blew the final whistle, FC Kadzidlowen could leave the field as winners, despite Montechiarugolo AFC having more of the ball for most of the match.
