After 21 minutes Clube Esportivo Saudade's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Emanuel Nisio who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on GreenUnited's corner Emanuel Nisio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Wei Chuan Xuan quite easily take care of the ball. In the 23rd minute Bilbo Zafrilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastián Torrico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wei Chuan Xuan made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Yaman Akar sent off a good shot on target. Lucas Villanueva might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sebastián Torrico. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lucas Villanueva ran back to his position shaking his head. Lucas Villanueva's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sebastián Torrico read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. 40 minutes into the game, Clube Esportivo Saudade's Delmiro Figueroa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
