Agustín Rossi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bruno Capello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Club Vertigo's Ovidiu Caranfil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Capello in the 16th minute of play. Club Vertigo's Ovidiu Caranfil proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Club Vertigo from getting a goal against them. Ovidiu Caranfil was a little too slow when Bruno Capello got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 1-1. Ovidiu Caranfil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Capello, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Ovidiu Caranfil came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Trip's Bruno Capello. But to his dismay, Bruno Capello quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Agustín Rossi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vasile Iurea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the match, Los Trip's goal looked a bit too open when Vasile Iurea came free, but Agustín Rossi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roberto Carlos made in the 38th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Well-Well Benne however managed to control. The throw-in from Manuel Santxol in the 41st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Club Vertigo's Roberto Carlos. Agustín Rossi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stelian Murgu in the 43rd minute of the match. The supporters of Club Vertigo booed when Los Trip was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cipriano Castro didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The wind increased when Bruno Capello made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Club Vertigo's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Castro came free, but Ovidiu Caranfil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cipriano Castro took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ovidiu Caranfil. Ovidiu Caranfil dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. When Los Trip's Bruno Capello in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Club Vertigo's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Los Trip's zone, Well-Well Benne stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Agustín Rossi came out of the goal and Well-Well Benne tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Capello in the 60th minute of play forced Club Vertigo's goalkeeper Ovidiu Caranfil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Agustín Rossi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Well-Well Benne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Agustín Rossi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Well-Well Benne in the 64th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Club Vertigo's Vasile Iurea got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 80th minute Luís Fernando Calderón De La Barca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidiu Caranfil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vasile Iurea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Agustín Rossi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Agustín Rossi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Well-Well Benne in the 84th minute of play. Stelian Murgu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 86thth minute, Agustín Rossi skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Agustín Rossi made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Stelian Murgu sent off a good shot on target. Los Trip's Luís Fernando Calderón De La Barca got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Los Trip were victorious despite being under pressure from Club Vertigo for much of the match.
