FFC Merainies 03's Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wu Qi in the 4th minute of play. Wu Qi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu having to interfere. Wu Qi scored 0-2 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 16th minute, Wu Qi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Łukasz Zwolinski in the 20th minute of play forced Samurai's goalkeeper Vince Di Cola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vince Di Cola had great luck who in the 21stth minute grab hold of the ball when Łukasz Zwolinski from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Wu Qi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu having to make a save. 23 minutes into the match, FFC Merainies 03's goal looked a bit too open when Wu Qi came free, but Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Wu Qi notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of FFC Merainies 03's Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu. Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vince Di Cola made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Łukasz Zwolinski sent off a good shot on target. Łukasz Zwolinski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Vince Di Cola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 35 minutes into the game, Samurai's Wu Qi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. The audience was convinced that Wu Qi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. 39 minutes into the match, Wu Qi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu. FFC Merainies 03's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wu Qi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. A sloppy throw-in by Bin Lavine in the 43rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Samurai's Abram Cadabra. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 51st minute Leon Craandijk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vince Di Cola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wu Qi, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. A collision led to Samurai getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Morgan Vassenius hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Samurai's Wu Qi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu. That made the score 0-8 after 58 minutes of play. Samurai made a substitution. Timmy Henriksson replaced Marcus Skytt. In the 65th minute Samurai were awarded a corner. Allan Bivall went to the cornerflag to take it. The audience was convinced that Wu Qi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. A sloppy throw-in by Bin Lavine in the 71st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Samurai's Abram Cadabra. In the 78thth minute of the game Timmy Henriksson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FFC Merainies 03's Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Timmy Henriksson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. FFC Merainies 03's Job Gasteren was substituted for Bruno Marceau. Vince Di Cola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Job Gasteren, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. 83 minutes had been played when some careless play by Samurai's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fabio Botello was slow to take the kick. During this time FFC Merainies 03's players had a chance to rest. Wu Qi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu made a huge save. In the 91st minute, Fabio Botello made a precise shot to the right of Vince Di Cola. Samurai's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-8. 95 minutes into the match, FFC Merainies 03's goal looked a bit too open when Wu Qi came free, but Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Samurai were awarded a corner in the 96th minute after FFC Merainies 03's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Allan Bivall took the corner. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Samurai had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
