George Wiklund was a little too slow when Bruno Marceau got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 14th minute. The score was now 1-0. After a rather tough play, Lemel SV's João Augusto Mello got a free kick in the 21st minute. After 23 minutes Lemel SV's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fabio Botello who took care of the corner kick. The throw-in from Bin Lavine in the 25th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Lemel SV's Ettore Petroni. 29 minutes into the match, FFC Merainies 03's goal looked a bit too open when Manfred Konradsson came free, but Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leon Craandijk came free with the goalkeeper in the 39th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and George Wiklund could save by the left post. Manfred Konradsson's late challenge caught a FFC Merainies 03's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Manfred Konradsson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 40th match minute, Lemel SV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manfred Konradsson to maneuver through the defense. Łukasz Zwolinski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without George Wiklund having to interfere. Lemel SV's George Wiklund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Marceau in the 44th minute of play. Fabio Botello's late challenge caught a Lemel SV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabio Botello helped the player get up and apologised. In the 60th minute of the match Emiliano Furia shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Lemel SV's George Wiklund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leon Craandijk in the 62nd minute of play. Ettore Petroni kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Lemel SV made a substitution. Dennis Bergkamp replaced Manfred Konradsson. The supporters of Lemel SV booed when FFC Merainies 03 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bin Lavine didn't get a good kick on the ball. FFC Merainies 03 made a substitution. Job Gasteren replaced Bruno Marceau. In the 78th match minute, FFC Merainies 03 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bin Lavine to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dennis Bergkamp got free with Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dennis Bergkamp who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 80thth minute tested the skills of Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. George Wiklund made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the FFC Merainies 03 players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
