In the 12th minute, Lukas Lundgren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. POSSE 1911 FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Elias Honrio scored to the left of an out of position Erubiel Sotil, making the score, 2-0. Mon Navarro Montoya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lukas Lundgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Mon Navarro Montoya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sérgio Aguero in the 31st minute of play. Mon Navarro Montoya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lukas Lundgren in the 38th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lukas Lundgren in the 38th minute of play forced San Lorenzo de Sarandi's goalkeeper Mon Navarro Montoya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lukas Lundgren in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mon Navarro Montoya prevented the ball from getting in the gole. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Celestino Inko was substituted for Leonides Rosio. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lorenzo Jerrold stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Celestino Inko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 57th minute of the match Modesto Bernat sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mon Navarro Montoya skillfully saved the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 61 minutes into the game, when Mincho Shahanov put in a rough tackle. After 61 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for POSSE 1911 FC! Erubiel Sotil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lorenzo Jerrold in the 67th minute of the match. In the 68th match minute, San Lorenzo de Sarandi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Jerrold to maneuver through the defense. Erubiel Sotil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lorenzo Jerrold, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. In the 75th match minute, POSSE 1911 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Modesto Bernat to maneuver through the defense. Nahuel Bocaj's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erubiel Sotil read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Lukas Lundgren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Mon Navarro Montoya made a huge save. Erubiel Sotil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celestino Inko in the 81st minute of play. Lukas Lundgren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. POSSE 1911 FC's Erubiel Sotil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nahuel Bocaj in the 90th minute of play. In the 93rdth minute of the game Lorenzo Jerrold who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but POSSE 1911 FC's Erubiel Sotil was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 96 minutes, Lukas Lundgren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. POSSE 1911 FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lukas Lundgren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Erubiel Sotil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lorenzo Jerrold in the 98th minute of play. San Lorenzo de Sarandi were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
