Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mauro Primeiro in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arif Ozan Oğuztan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 15 minutes into the match, A.K.Sh Albania's goal looked a bit too open when Bartosz Erland came free, but Arif Ozan Oğuztan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arif Ozan Oğuztan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tiger De Hond's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Bartosz Erland sped through A.K.Sh Albania's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Arif Ozan Oğuztan. Arif Ozan Oğuztan made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Sascha Kulovitz sent off a good shot on target. 38 minutes into the match, A.K.Sh Albania's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Primeiro came free, but Arif Ozan Oğuztan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Vilhelm Larsson in the 42nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by A.K.Sh Albania's Mit`Hat Selimi. Arif Ozan Oğuztan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartosz Erland, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Roger Flor stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Vilhelm Larsson fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Poli Timisoara's protests and gave Vilhelm Larsson a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of A.K.Sh Albania booed when Poli Timisoara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vilhelm Larsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Poli Timisoara's goal looked a bit too open when Roger Flor came free, but Ovidiu Adrian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arif Ozan Oğuztan came out of the goal and Tiger De Hond tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arif Ozan Oğuztan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Çağdaş Yuvakuran in the 71st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tiger De Hond in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arif Ozan Oğuztan saved A.K.Sh Albania from getting behind. A throw-in in the 74th minute of the game was made by Mei Wei Xuan with Robin Vrieling as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Roger Flor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mauro Primeiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Arif Ozan Oğuztan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 80 minutes into the game, Vilhelm Larsson threw the ball into play from the sideline. A.K.Sh Albania's Nertil Ramos quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Ovidiu Adrian made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roger Flor in the 81st minute. Arif Ozan Oğuztan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Çağdaş Yuvakuran in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 85th minute of the match Poli Timisoara got a corner. A.K.Sh Albania's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Horst-Peter Unterberger ran over to the corner to take the kick. Horst-Peter Unterberger made a great header on Poli Timisoara's corner, it was just that A.K.Sh Albania's Arif Ozan Oğuztan managed to reach the ball for a save. Poli Timisoara's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
