Feridun Elmacı hit a great ball. 13 minutes into the match, Basmane Texas's goal looked a bit too open when Caetano Sarmento came free, but Franco Armani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Basmane Texas's Franco Armani proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Basmane Texas from getting a goal against them. In the 22nd minute, Adolf Reichgruber got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Gürsel Aksel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Boris Behn was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arne Eschenbaum to make the kick off. Basmane Texas's René Bähner quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Gürsel Aksel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Boris Behn made a huge save. After 90 minutes of play, Basmane Texas's Gürsel Aksel made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Boris Behn was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Sc Ajax Hirtenberg fans cheered their team off the field, for while Basmane Texas had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
