In the 32nd match minute, Börna Bulldogs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kent Sandström to maneuver through the defense. Dé Töpper took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andreas Andersson. Andreas Andersson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Freddie de Nooijer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 肖真坚 in the 40th minute of the match. 48 minutes into the game, Börna Bulldogs's Torgny Landin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Freddie de Nooijer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Börna Bulldogs's Vilgot Bålström was substituted for Ragnar Linquist. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Macedonio Fonticoba to make the kick off. Torgny Landin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Freddie de Nooijer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Torgny Landin went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Torgny Landin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vampiros Aztecas made a substitution. Delmiro Ferrer replaced Macedonio Fonticoba. Börna Bulldogs's Matias Svahn was substituted for 肖真坚. Vampiros Aztecas's Hugo Hernandez was substituted for Benicio Cedro. Andreas Andersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomas Verheydt in the 72nd minute of play. Vampiros Aztecas's Freddie de Nooijer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Vampiros Aztecas from getting a goal against them.
