Ali Artuner was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tommi Armentier showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tommi Armentier got free with Ali Artuner in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jiang Zhen Sen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Artuner having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Eendracht Vooruit's Herve de Neuyter got a free kick in the 50th minute. The Eendracht Vooruit fans cheered their team off the field, for while 重庆侠岚队 had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
