After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo ScrugenFC's zone, Luis Vasquez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jose Boldu came out of the goal and Luis Vasquez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Deportivo ScrugenFC made a substitution. Kev Hurtado replaced Zoil Pequeño. Regis Padriña got a throw-in 69 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Pudes Vilas. Kev Hurtado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benedito Talló read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Deportivo ScrugenFC's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Vasquez came free, but Jose Boldu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
