Velimir Popchev stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eduardo Barrionuevo's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. 7 minutes into the match, VN Keleler's goal looked a bit too open when Eduardo Barrionuevo came free, but Velimir Popchev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. VN Keleler's Velimir Popchev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Vergaray in the 9th minute of play. Plebeyos's Arsenio Cordeal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Plebeyos from getting a goal against them. Maximino Beltran kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stuart Byman got free with Arsenio Cordeal in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Eduardo Barrionuevo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Velimir Popchev was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Stuart Byman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Arsenio Cordeal made a huge save. In the 23rd minute Angelo Casero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arsenio Cordeal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute, Kåre Uter got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arsenio Cordeal made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Hakkı Kenan Pınar sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eduardo Barrionuevo in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Velimir Popchev saved VN Keleler from getting behind. If Kåre Uter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eduardo Barrionuevo struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Velimir Popchev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Plebeyos. Velimir Popchev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Barrionuevo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Casero in the 43rd minute of play forced Plebeyos's goalkeeper Arsenio Cordeal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Plebeyos's Kåre Uter got a free kick in the 45th minute. With a little luck, Plebeyos's Arsenio Cordeal got control of the ball when Stuart Byman tried to sneak it across the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Eduardo Barrionuevo made the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute, Angelo Casero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Velimir Popchev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduardo Barrionuevo, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Thanks to some nice moves Eduardo Barrionuevo could shoot a difficult shot in the 53rd minute, which Velimir Popchev however easily saved by the left post. Velimir Popchev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eduardo Barrionuevo in the 55th minute. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The crowd rose to their feet as Kacper Plucinik kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Velimir Popchev. That made the score 1-1 in the 78 minute of play. Plebeyos's Eduardo Tuzzio was substituted for Maximino Beltran. Arsenio Cordeal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stuart Byman in the 82nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kåre Uter in the 84th minute of play forced VN Keleler's goalkeeper Velimir Popchev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arsenio Cordeal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hakkı Kenan Pınar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to VN Keleler getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Andreas Lund hit a great ball. VN Keleler's Doychin Konsulov was substituted for Angelo Casero. Andreas Lund kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. When Valentin Vergaray came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Plebeyos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valentin Vergaray couldn't finish the play.
