Lukács Bánhegyi made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Juan Mondaca sent off a good shot on target. A nice corner shot did that Loukas Vasdekis got away a dangerous shot. The wind increased when Peio Raggio made the kick off in the second half. Ksawery Witkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bryan Hodgson in the 53rd minute of play. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Magallanes's goalkeeper Ksawery Witkowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Magallanes's Seran Turres got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 59th match minute, Magallanes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Seran Turres to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute of the match Bryan Hodgson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ksawery Witkowski skillfully saved the ball. After 93 played minutes Seran Turres shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Hungarian Olympic's Lukács Bánhegyi to catch but Seran Turres was lucky. It became 2-1 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. Lukács Bánhegyi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peio Raggio, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Magallanes fans cheered their team off the field, for while Hungarian Olympic had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
