Marcus-Vinícius Berg might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gao Hao Quan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcus-Vinícius Berg ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 14th minute Marcus-Vinícius Berg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gao Hao Quan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Magen David's Jedaiah Sakhai was substituted for Marcus-Vinícius Berg. When Jedaiah Sakhai came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Magen David fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jedaiah Sakhai couldn't finish the play. Magen David's Aki Pego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shen Xun Yu in the 98th minute of play.
