If Marcus-Vinícius Berg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcus-Vinícius Berg in the 4th minute of play forced Magallanes's goalkeeper Ksawery Witkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th minute Marcus-Vinícius Berg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ksawery Witkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 8 minutes Magallanes's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ferruccio Brunelli who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Giora Hamburg got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ksawery Witkowski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Elpidio Banda kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Ferruccio Brunelli missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 14 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Ksawery Witkowski right hand side. A collision led to Magen David getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Dekel Glas hit a great ball. 25 minutes into the match, Juan Mondaca dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Aki Pego, 1-0. In the 29th minute, Marcus-Vinícius Berg made a precise shot to the right of Ksawery Witkowski. Magallanes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. The supporters of Magallanes booed when Magen David was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferruccio Brunelli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juan Mondaca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 45 minutes into the match, Magen David's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Mondaca came free, but Aki Pego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Magen David made a substitution. Jedaiah Sakhai replaced Marcus-Vinícius Berg. Magallanes's Seran Turres was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Aki Pego in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Magallanes's Kadim Sebil was substituted for Juan Mondaca. Jedaiah Sakhai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Ksawery Witkowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Magen David's Mariuss Cernītis was substituted for Xano Maaholm. In the 74th minute of the game Azarious Menkes made a throw-in which Jedaiah Sakhai played forward. Bastian Van der Sande sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Magallanes's Rito Encina got a free kick in the 89th minute. Christiano Soffia hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
