In the last second Wincent Cielencki throw himself and got hold of the ball when Deivid de Salles in the 15thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After 16 minutes Wy-pas's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Álvaro Godoi who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Zafran Chien-Kwan almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Wy-pas's Wincent Cielencki did a great save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lukasz Jaszynski in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jardel Reis saved Catadão from getting behind. In the 23rd minute, Catadão's Zafran Chien-Kwan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Wincent Cielencki. Wincent Cielencki yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Jardel Reis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roch Mazierski, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Catadão's Jardel Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sergio Irazabal in the 27th minute of play. Wincent Cielencki came out and tried to block the shot, but Deivid de Salles slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 43rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Deivid de Salles kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Wincent Cielencki. That made the score 3-0 in the 47 minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mevlüt Serin to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Catadão's goalkeeper Jardel Reis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sergio Irazabal struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Jardel Reis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wy-pas. Catadão made a substitution. Nildo Hoffmann replaced Hernani Pires. When Witomir Trojanowski fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wy-pas's protests and gave Witomir Trojanowski a yellow card for diving instead. In the 66th match minute, Wy-pas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Witomir Trojanowski to maneuver through the defense. Chu Yun Lei's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wincent Cielencki read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play.
