Vincent Aalberts had in the 9thth minute some difficulties stopping Lanny Gilmore's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Lanny Gilmore blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vincent Aalberts having to make a save. Vincent Aalberts showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lanny Gilmore, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After having played for 39 minutes, King Køng managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's supporters crossed their fingers, but King Køng was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's King Køng got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Titus Kohler's late challenge caught a CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Titus Kohler helped the player get up and apologised.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for King Køng to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Turner came free, but Vincent Aalberts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albert Einstein kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 60 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Lanny Gilmore sped through CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vincent Aalberts. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lanny Gilmore in the 88th minute of play forced CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's goalkeeper Vincent Aalberts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th minute, Mike Richardson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Titus Kohler hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Yu Ming Xun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Aaron Smallwood made a huge save. The CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
