When Matti Erkiner came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matti Erkiner couldn't finish the play. In the 14th minute Leon Goretzka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Heinz-Gerd Bonin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute, Ovidio Bautista reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Heinz-Gerd Bonin. The goal made the score 2-0. In the 21st minute Matti Erkiner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arcadio Buendia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leon Goretzka in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Heinz-Gerd Bonin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A hard shot 22 in the game by Leon Goretzka from a close distance when the talented Heinz-Gerd Bonin managed to make a qualified save. 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz's players were relieved. Heinz-Gerd Bonin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ovidio Bautista in the 24th minute of the match. Matti Erkiner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Heinz-Gerd Bonin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidio Bautista in the 27th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz's goal looked a bit too open when Gabino Jauregui came free, but Heinz-Gerd Bonin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Heinz-Gerd Bonin made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Leon Goretzka sent off a good shot on target. 32 minutes into the game, Gabino Jauregui cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Heinz-Gerd Bonin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matti Erkiner in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arcadio Buendia saved Alzaga FC from getting behind. 39 minutes into the match, 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz's goalkeeper Heinz-Gerd Bonin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gabino Jauregui. With an all-out effort, Alzaga FC's Heinz-Gerd Bonin threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ovidio Bautista, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Matti Erkiner in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arcadio Buendia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 46 minutes Alzaga FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alvar Nordgren who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Adriano Görlitz heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

Heinz-Gerd Bonin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidio Bautista in the 57th minute of play. Matti Erkiner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alzaga FC's Robert Rutkowski was substituted for Leon Goretzka. 70 minutes into the match, Gabino Jauregui had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Heinz-Gerd Bonin. 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gabino Jauregui was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Heinz-Gerd Bonin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo Ur in the 73rd minute of play. Matti Erkiner struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Arcadio Buendia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz. Alvar Nordgren hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Robert Rutkowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alzaga FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Robert Rutkowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Heinz-Gerd Bonin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alfons Tilmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arcadio Buendia having to interfere. After a rather tough play, 1.FC Aufbau-Einsturz's Timos Karabelas got a free kick in the 94th minute. Alzaga FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
