Arcadio Buendia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vinicio Carballeira in the 31st minute. Donald Fenwick showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leon Goretzka in the 41st minute of the match. When the match clock showed 44 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Leon Goretzka sped through Memphis Grizzlies's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Donald Fenwick. After a rather tough play, Alzaga FC's Pang Si Yan got a free kick in the 47th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vinicio Carballeira to strike the kick off in the second half. Pang Si Yan kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. The goalkeeper, Donald Fenwick, was totally fooled by Alzaga FC's Adrián Czornomaz, who 70 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Stuart Banks fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arcadio Buendia having to interfere. Memphis Grizzlies's Donald Fenwick proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Memphis Grizzlies from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stuart Banks in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arcadio Buendia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Robert Rutkowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Donald Fenwick made a huge save. Donald Fenwick was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Robert Rutkowski showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 92 minute of play. A collision led to Memphis Grizzlies getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Jim Mannell hit a great ball. The Alzaga FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
