The corner ended in Nunez Oroitz almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's Gianluigi Orange did a great save. 12 minutes into the game, Zinédine Orange threw the ball into play from the sideline. Deportivo Pergamino's Osvaldo Mendebal quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's Gianluigi Orange played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kang Li in the 89th minute of play. In the 95th minute Kang Li shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gianluigi Orange saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Deportivo Pergamino's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
