Benny Niva blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jannes Ruttens having to make a save. 9 minutes into the match, C. A. Pipon Pipon's goal looked a bit too open when Benny Niva came free, but Jannes Ruttens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benny Niva in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jannes Ruttens prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A nice corner shot did that Leonardo Cordero got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jannes Ruttens quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 14thth minute of the game Benny Niva who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C. A. Pipon Pipon's Jannes Ruttens was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 15 minutes into the game, Benny Niva cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Jannes Ruttens was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 19th minute, Benny Niva left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Celta de Virgos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Jannes Ruttens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexis Sanchez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 52 minutes into the match, Celta de Virgos's Benny Niva sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jannes Ruttens narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 53rd match minute, Celta de Virgos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Cordero to maneuver through the defense. When Al Whatley came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the C. A. Pipon Pipon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Al Whatley couldn't finish the play. Zacarias Ascencio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesario Irazu in the 58th minute of the match. Celta de Virgos's Zacarias Ascencio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesario Irazu in the 60th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Celta de Virgos's goal looked a bit too open when Cesario Irazu came free, but Zacarias Ascencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benny Niva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Celta de Virgos's Dario Elivareo was substituted for Ruben Gomez. Celta de Virgos's supporters rose to their feet, but David Astudillo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jannes Ruttens breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. C. A. Pipon Pipon made a substitution. Merlin Riley replaced Cesario Irazu. Zacarias Ascencio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Malcolm McIntosh in the 78th minute of play. Zacarias Ascencio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Malcolm McIntosh, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. David Astudillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 82 minutes into the match, C. A. Pipon Pipon's goalkeeper Jannes Ruttens had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by David Astudillo. Jannes Ruttens was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but David Astudillo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-6 in the 83 minute of play. In the 86thth minute of the game David Astudillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C. A. Pipon Pipon's Jannes Ruttens was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 90 minutes C. A. Pipon Pipon's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Leonardo Cordero who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Celta de Virgos's Leonardo Cordero to fire away a dangerous shot which Jannes Ruttens despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. David Astudillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jannes Ruttens having to interfere.
