After some careless play in the FC Mims defense, Jackie Banks kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amerigo Taranto. The FC Mims fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amerigo Taranto should have stopped the shot. Miguel Vilarinho's late challenge caught a FC Mims's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Miguel Vilarinho helped the player get up and apologised. In the 8th match minute, AMLUCHO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Vilarinho to maneuver through the defense. 10 minutes into the match, FC Mims's goal looked a bit too open when Jackie Banks came free, but Amerigo Taranto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Mims's Amerigo Taranto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ştefan Șerbulea in the 12th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jackie Banks in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amerigo Taranto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Arturo Baciadonne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amerigo Taranto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ştefan Șerbulea in the 18th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Vilarinho in the 20th minute of play forced FC Mims's goalkeeper Amerigo Taranto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute Ştefan Șerbulea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amerigo Taranto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Miguel Vilarinho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ştefan Șerbulea in the 25th minute of play forced FC Mims's goalkeeper Amerigo Taranto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After taking down the ball on AMLUCHO's corner Jackie Banks fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Amerigo Taranto quite easily take care of the ball. 28 minutes into the match, FC Mims's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Vilarinho came free, but Amerigo Taranto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amerigo Taranto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Vilarinho in the 29th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, AMLUCHO's Leonel Venerando got a free kick in the 31st minute. FC Mims's Amerigo Taranto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jackie Banks in the 34th minute of play. Antonello Bartolomucci charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Antonello Bartolomucci the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. FC Mims's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ştefan Șerbulea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arturo Baciadonne stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. FC Mims's Amerigo Taranto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save FC Mims from getting a goal against them. AMLUCHO's Jackie Banks got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. FC Mims made a substitution. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jackie Banks got free with Amerigo Taranto in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jackie Banks in the 70th minute of play forced FC Mims's goalkeeper Amerigo Taranto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Jackie Banks took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Amerigo Taranto to make any attempt to save it. If Jackie Banks had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. FC Mims made a substitution. Ştefan Șerbulea showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. Amerigo Taranto was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Miguel Vilarinho showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 88 minute of play. Damiano Formica kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. After some careless play in the FC Mims defense, Laureano Lisboa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amerigo Taranto. The FC Mims fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amerigo Taranto should have stopped the shot. AMLUCHO's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
