The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 10 minutes into the match, Pajo Pajot had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jorginho Brodel. JULM C.F.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pajo Pajot was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Matia Aranzabal hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Washington Papa charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Washington Papa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Washington Papa kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club El Progreso's goalkeeper Benjamin Tino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Cleto Cordaro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jorginho Brodel was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. In a very dangerous position, a player in JULM C.F. fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 36th minute. Penalty! The audience was convinced that Ma Tian's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benjamin Tino was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, JULM C.F.'s Riho Seitse got a free kick in the 41st minute. Bonifacio Txindoki took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 42nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jorginho Brodel. JULM C.F.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Enzo Bot to make the kick off. Ma Tian might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benjamin Tino. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ma Tian ran back to his position shaking his head. Club El Progreso's Benjamin Tino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ma Tian in the 54th minute of play. Emil Nikopensius hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Jorginho Brodel was a little too slow when Enzo Bot got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 57th minute. The score was now 0-2. Enzo Bot kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. After 62 played minutes Club El Progreso got a freekick which was hit by Enzo Bot. In the 69th minute Riho Seitse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Tino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute, Ma Tian made a precise shot to the right of Benjamin Tino. Club El Progreso's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Club El Progreso made a substitution. Matías Kranevitter replaced Pajo Pajot. JULM C.F.'s 赵文林 was substituted for 孟洋青. Cleto Cordaro in the 77thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jorginho Brodel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jorginho Brodel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enzo Bot, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
