Per-Oskar Svensson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benigno Senon in the 11th minute of the match. Oso Prato showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrique Saura, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Niculae Buznea hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 25th minute, Lúcio Cerezo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Per-Oskar Svensson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luis Rius in the 31st minute. Oso Prato showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Saura in the 38th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Tirant lo Blanch's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Benigno Senon took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Tirant lo Blanch's goalie and right to Luis Rius. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Tirant lo Blanch's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The supporters of Tirant lo Blanch booed when ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Desiderio Oinaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Per-Oskar Svensson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerardo Quico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 85 minutes, Dobromir Bentkowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ and the Tirant lo Blanch players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ's Dobromir Bentkowski got a free kick in the 85th minute. Per-Oskar Svensson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stefan Gerlach went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Tirant lo Blanch's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
