The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the game, Artur Rasimowicz threw the ball into play from the sideline. America Futebol Clube SP's Laércio Amorim quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. A sloppy throw-in by Dreas Jamieson in the 5th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Gocław Wilga Warszawa's Pankracy Nienajadlo. Dawid Rudy received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Stefan Rasiak came out and tried to block the shot, but Dawid Rudy slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 9th minute. In the 11th minute, Dreas Jamieson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. America Futebol Clube SP's Stefan Rasiak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save America Futebol Clube SP from getting a goal against them. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by America Futebol Clube SP's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dawid Rudy was slow to take the kick. During this time Gocław Wilga Warszawa's players had a chance to rest. Stefan Rasiak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dobromir Juchno in the 15th minute of play. Artur Zapolski made in the 20th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Dawid Rudy. Ovidiu Cosâmbescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iago Bala in the 26th minute of play. Laércio Amorim made in the 32nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Gocław Wilga Warszawa's Artur Zapolski. A collision led to America Futebol Clube SP getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Laércio Amorim hit a great ball. The supporters of America Futebol Clube SP booed when Gocław Wilga Warszawa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artur Zapolski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Iago Bala managed to get in a good position for a shot. America Futebol Clube SP's supporters rose to their feet, but Iago Bala was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ovidiu Cosâmbescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Stefan Rasiak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dobromir Juchno's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miko Lehkosuo in the 46th minute of play forced Gocław Wilga Warszawa's goalkeeper Ovidiu Cosâmbescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. America Futebol Clube SP's Iago Bala got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dong Yuan Feng stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Artur Zapolski hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dong Yuan Feng in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stefan Rasiak saved America Futebol Clube SP from getting behind. 62 minutes into the match, America Futebol Clube SP's goal looked a bit too open when Dong Yuan Feng came free, but Stefan Rasiak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Gocław Wilga Warszawa's goalkeeper Ovidiu Cosâmbescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zézinho Costa. After a rather tough play, America Futebol Clube SP's Miko Lehkosuo got a free kick in the 66th minute. America Futebol Clube SP's Jorginho Quirino managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Artur Zapolski in the 71 minute of the game. Dong Yuan Feng scored 2-0 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stefan Rasiak, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. America Futebol Clube SP's Arthur Laguna was substituted for Dreas Jamieson. The supporters of America Futebol Clube SP booed when Gocław Wilga Warszawa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stanislaw Koperski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, America Futebol Clube SP's Tadeu Xavier tried to score from far away in the 79th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Dong Yuan Feng's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stefan Rasiak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85th minute Miko Lehkosuo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidiu Cosâmbescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the America Futebol Clube SP defense, Dong Yuan Feng kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stefan Rasiak. The America Futebol Clube SP fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stefan Rasiak should have stopped the shot. If Feliks Szel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute Dong Yuan Feng shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefan Rasiak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Gocław Wilga Warszawa fans cheered their team off the field, for while America Futebol Clube SP had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
