In the 45th minute of the game, Sixten Trillkott landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. 45 minutes into the game, Milan Okov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Skarpa Ełk's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Százhalombattai LK the free kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Százhalombattai LK's Tanek Nakoneczny proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Százhalombattai LK from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jakub Dembowski got free with Tanek Nakoneczny in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wojciech Tepper's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tanek Nakoneczny read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Százhalombattai LK's goal looked a bit too open when Jakub Dembowski came free, but Tanek Nakoneczny reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
