The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Axel Ree came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Monks in Robes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Axel Ree couldn't finish the play. 11 minutes into the match, Vivant's goal looked a bit too open when Elo Altoft came free, but A.J. 关平 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute, Clemente Cisneros ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kristen Gulskov was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Clemente Cisneros got free with Kristen Gulskov in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Hilário Bento's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kristen Gulskov was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. In the 31stth minute of the game Larry Hallam who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Monks in Robes's Kristen Gulskov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Monks in Robes's Kristen Gulskov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Larry Hallam in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Larry Hallam in the 35th minute of play forced Monks in Robes's goalkeeper Kristen Gulskov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vivant were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after Monks in Robes's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Youri Van Der Talen took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Elvis Tek heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Hilário Bento could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Kristen Gulskov made a huge save. In the 48th minute, Clemente Cisneros ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kristen Gulskov was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The wind increased when Axel Ree made the kick off in the second half. When Vivant's Hilário Bento in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Monks in Robes's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Monks in Robes's Júlio de Lara got a free kick in the 68th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Larry Hallam in the 73rd minute of play forced Monks in Robes's goalkeeper Kristen Gulskov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kristen Gulskov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Larry Hallam in the 75th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Vivant's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Ree came free, but A.J. 关平 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hilário Bento took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kristen Gulskov. Kristen Gulskov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Monks in Robes's Albinus Alking was substituted for Elo Altoft. Monks in Robes's Kristen Gulskov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hilário Bento in the 90th minute of play.
